Initiate Your Request

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Print Your Label

Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid UPS shipping label and a return authorization slip to include in your package.

Package Your Items

Securely pack your items in their original Pique Life box or a similar mailer, ensuring all original tags are attached and the return slip is inside.

Drop Off and Track

Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of reaching our warehouse.
